Within our organization, we had developed many applications, each with its own team, all designs were made in a word processor. At a certain point we wanted to know which applications were using a particular databaseserver. Guess what, we had to search all documents!

Work2Share consists of 2 applications.

W2sStudio With this application you can easily define a system yourself. Such a system consists of data collections, views and controllers that can all be authorized for specific user groups.

W2sApp This is the end-user application and is available in a browser and mobile environment. The application allows the end user to use the system defined by W2sStudio.

With W2sStudio you can easily create your own data collections with mutual relationships. This can all be done in an graphical environment. Data from external applications can also be made available as data collection through web services.

Create different workflows, tailored to the needs and function of the user. Forms, database actions, e-mail and even user defined functions via webservices can be combined.
It's all based on de state of an entity. Depending the state of an entity, a set of functions can be defined.
